9 Months Post Meniscus Trans

It's my 9 month anniversary (actually it was Tuesday), and I wanted to put up a thanks to this awesome group of people. I'm walking the golf course without pain, hiking, playing light sports, and running around with my kids all without pain. I haven't done that in 5 years. My rehab has led me to even join a cycling team.

Say what you will about this procedure, but I've had the best summer I've had in a long time. My fingers are crossed for the next 10 years, but he biggest benefit to me has been the stablizing effect of having a meniscus (I had 20% remaining after 3 meniscectomies, and that was torn in half). I had a slight ACL tear, but it was minor and not effecting my stability much, so no recon.

Lastly, a lot of the numbness I felt below the knee has returned.

Thanks for all your great help during the rehab process.
