This problem has nothing to do with the graft source. I have seen it with PT, QT, hamstrings, and allografts in equal proportions. Its all about the attention to detail on the part of the doctor. Unless he/she makes a big deal of it, everyone will end up with a flexion contracture-Its the naturally occurring result of any major knee surgery-unless the doc and PT are obsessive about it.
With remarks like, well its better too tight than too loose, I am certain that this OS is brain dead.
