Fancy doctor talk saying that they removed a large chunk of Meniscus in your knee that's in the direction of your thigh (as opposed to the Meniscus that's outward). Looks like they're saying it was a large tear and wasn't fixable.

Looks like fancy doctor talker is saying that your cartilage that covers your Tibia (upper leg bone), had some kinda tear that was 8mm (metric) at the center of the...."condyle posteiriorly" In the lateral compartment, there was a long tear in the

> intercondylar notch. IT was 10mm in length. It was reshened
> with a shaver and fixed with a single FasT-Fix and repaired
> anatatomically. Laterla tibial plateu was diffusely soft

They shaved and repaired some of the Meniscus on the lateral (the area that points away from ur thigh) part of your knee.

Yeah, the other docs can give you more info. Looks like they did some cutting though.
