MRI Translation

hello
I was wondering if anyone can help me translate my MRI results and what it means for my knee.
Keep in mind i have had 3 previous acl and meniscus surgeries prior to this injury, which happened while skateboarding
1. ACL Graft tear
2. i can only read half of this line since it was faxed.
(a low signal curvilinear focus in the posterior aspect of the medial compartment may actually represent a displaced torn fragment from the lateral meniscus versus a bucket handle tear of the medial meniscus.
3. the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus demonstrates a truncated appearance suggesting a free edge tearing and displacement of the torn fragment
4. Approximately a 11.0 mm chronic appearing osteochondral fracture involving the weightbearing portion of the lateral femoral condyle associated with subchondral selerosis and marrow edema.
5. unable to read since it was a fax
6. bony contusion is also appreciated involving the posterior aspects of the medial and lateral tibial plateaus, as well as the weightbearing portion of the lateral femoral condyle.
