Thanks for your response jamesor.

To be honest, I really don't know much about the surgeon's history. I was relying on the fact that he's the chairman of orthopedics at a respected hospital in NYC (St. Vincents). He was recommended to me by some people that are not athletic, but had knee work done.

My first visit was yesterday and it went so quickly. Not that he was rushing through it, but perhaps I didn't ask enough questions.

Because of all of Life schedules...etc. for the next 6 months, the sooner I can do this the better. So I'm a little worried about waiting too long.

It sounds like you aren't a fan of the cadaver auotgraft.

Now I'm really nervous about doing this.
