Which ACL repair?

Me: 36 years old, skier, runner, mother of young daughter who may one day play tennis, soccer, who knows?
One surgeon said I should do allograft. The other said patellar. I've ruled out hamstring, but I can't decide between other two. Anybody have experience to share?
