Not my experience. I either had a better doctor or better PT. Maybe both.
The ROM issue should have been addressed weeks 4 through 12. It's 17 months out...did your PTs slack on you? If you weren't getting full extension and flexation, why didn't they force it on you? They had to do that to me. Hurt like hell, but I'm better for it. I can kneel fine. I can run fine.
