It took me 8 MONTHS to decide.

#1 is to fine a doctor you think is good and are comfortable with.

I was between Allo graft, hamstring, and patella graft a long time.

After finding the best Orthopedic doctor I could for me, I went with him and Patella autograph. I think it was the best decision. My knee and graft are both strong. No pain or anything. The area where they harvested the graft filled back in. You can't even tell there was a defect from the x-rays. They used screwed that absorbed back into my body, so x-rays don't even show that. The screws didn't cause my any problems. So I'm sitting pretty.
