Oh, I forgot to add:
#2 priority after finding #1: After surgery make sure you got a PT that doesn't baby you. Exercise and move that knee ASAP. They should have a timeline that within 8-12 weeks you should have full range of motion. Your extension should be 0 degrees and/or equal to the other knee if it extends more. But 0 is perfect. And if you can get that knee to flex back enough to go heel to butt @ 12weeks, you're on your way!
