Patellar Pain post ACL Recon

Hi

Had (L) ACL reconstruction with partial menisci removal in Dec 09. Initially pain free post op, first 2 weeks rehab great walking without crutches within 10 days. Now 5 weeks in bending and straigthening is difficult with medial patellar pain (where menisci has been removed). Is this start of some osteoarthritis? Any thoughts welcome.
