I was stressing over the surgeon I was going to choose before I had my surgery. Best thing I did.

I'm 2.5 years out and the knee is still tight and great. Very strong now and feels almost normal. It's a little weak, but that's my fault - I'm not pushing myself @ gym time. I might be plateauing, but maybe I'll go pick up PX-90 or something.

I think success is 50% surgeon experience+skill. 50% you+rehab commitment.
