Save your joints - avoid heel strikes

I'll make this brief - this board keeps telling me I am using bad language when trying to post this:

Avoid heel strikes. I've run naturally by landing forefoot ever since I could run - it was natural to me. My PT is the one who corrected me to run with heel strikes- it's unnatural and the shock is felt in the knees, hips, and lower back.

I'd like to explain more, but you guys can google "forefoot running" and the "Pose Method"
