Michael Frind,
I don't remember doing anything to bring this situation on. The problem came on quickly. I don't recall bumping, hitting it on an object, and no popping noises. I have had two previous surgeries on the knee, 1998 and 2000. (1998 Lateral Release and 2000 I honestly don't remember) I haven't had the knee evaluated yet because a major ice storm came through and I've been home bound since Wednesday night, which hasn't been all bad. It's given me the opportunity to ice, elevate and stay off the knee. The knee feels a little bit warm. I finally got out of the house late this afternoon and I was very uneasy walking through the ice and slush. The knee felt very unstable walking. I honestly don't know what to think.
