Long time, no see! It is good to hear from you again, albeit I am sorry to hear that you granddaughter injured her knee.

Can you provide any additional details on how your granddaughter's knee was forced, when she fell over the trailer hitch? Does it seem that she forcibly hyperextended the knee?
