What happened to this site?

I used to be able to go onto this site and at least get some feedback/advice from a few people on my knee problems. Now, IF the posts get answered, it is quite some time later and then it isn't even followed thru by even Michael F. What has happened to this site? "Knee Geeks" seems to have people on there. Where are this regulars on here?
