Thank YOu for answers.My problem is, if the tissues of this sick knee has allready been used, then the options are to use the cadaver or tendons from other leg( fot MCL and MPFL reconstruction). The sick knee will continue to bother me anyway, if to use other leg, then it will be compromised and I donīt like that. There is no clear answer, what is right to do.
