I haven't had a knee replacement, but I have had ACL reconstruction and a hip replacement. I've found that you really have to keep working on your strength and flexability for a long time after surgery. My surgeons told me to be sure and call them if I ever had any problems. If I were you, I would call the surgeon, and he will probably prescribe some physical therapy.
